Most everything needs to be approved.  This includes things like characters, weapons, and retiring a character.  DO NOT post using a character or weapon or whatever until it has been approved.  

If you are waiting for approval and it has been more than 24 hours since you posted your submission you may post in a thread for cases as such. Once another 24 hours have passed, for a total of 48 hours; a user may contact this account through pm to try and get the ball rolling. Please realize that mods and especially admins are busy, having lives outside the site may take most of their time.
